Description

The insulation cover of EHE is made of PTFE coated glass fiber fabric with a thickness of 0.38-0.43mm, which we callsingle-sided PTFE cloth. It is mainly used as the outer layer of the insulation blanket to protect it from moisture and outdoor environment. This fabric is made of dyed woven glass fibers, with a special formula of PTFE coating impregnated on one side. Due to the exposure of this fabric to harsh environments, in order to reduce surface cracking, we have improved the impregnation method to ensure higher adhesion between PTFE and the base glass fiber fabric, making the fabric softer. And there is no smoke produced when heated to 300°C.

The PTFE valve insulation cover fabric can withstand continuous temperatures up to 600F (315° C). This PTFE fabric has high wear resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, making it easy to sew and suitable for different types of removable insulation covers, blankets, and liners.
