Rubber carpets need to undergo vulcanization treatment during the production process to improve their physical properties and chemical stability.

Vulcanization is the final process in the processing of rubber products, which significantly improves the physical properties and chemical stability of rubber carpets.

The vulcanized rubber carpet has better elasticity, abrasion resistance, anti-aging, anti-skid, shock absorption, noise reduction and other functions.

The temperature for rubber vulcanization during this process is generally between 150 ℃ -190 ℃, and after vulcanization is completed, it needs to be peeled off from the conveyor belt without leaving any traces.

In order to meet this requirement, PTFE belts can perfectly match their production needs due to their stable temperature resistance (260 ℃) and surface anti-adhesion.

In addition, the 1mm thick rough surface PTFE belt produced by our company can also be transferred to the rubber of the carpet due to its special texture on the surface, thereby giving texture to the side of the carpet in contact with the ground and achieving anti-slip effect.‌
